At The Dierdre Ware Foundation Organization (DWFO), we believe that healing is rooted in belonging. Diversity enriches our mission; equity sustains its impact; and inclusion ensures every voice, story, and experience matters.
Diversity at DWFO means recognizing and celebrating the strengths of families and individuals of all racial, cultural, economic, and ability backgrounds—especially those whose voices have historically been overlooked.
Equity is our commitment to fair access: ensuring that resources, opportunities, and support—whether for mental wellness, food access, or healing programming—are distributed in a way that meets communities where they are and lifts those with greater needs.
Inclusion is our guiding principle: we design programs with participants, we listen to their lived experiences, and we actively invite communities into leadership, partnership, and visioning.
Through ongoing dialogue, transparent reflection, and community-centered leadership, DWFO aspires to build a foundation where equity isn’t an outcome—it’s the practice of every day.
